Flowers availability
Exact arrangement of flowers will not be possible. Pictures are strictly for illustrative purposes only.
Seasonal flowers will be substituted, in the case where it’s unavailable
Colour and shade of flowers may differ from what is shown in the photos due to variances in computer/mobile screen calibration, and nature.
Flower Affair SG reserve the right to substitute any unavailable flowers at our own discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you.

We accept payment via Visa, Masters and PayPal
Full payment is required before delivery and collection.
Delivery information
Our delivery timings and charges are strictly as follow:
Monday to Saturday
9am – 12pm
12pm – 6pm
6pm – 9pm
at a flat rate of $12.
Sunday and public holidays.
9am – 12pm
12pm – 6pm
6pm – 9pm
at a flat rate of $18.
We do not accept orders to the following locations:
Tuas area
Changi Airport and Airport cargo
All Army camps/police headquarters
All PSA ports
Marina Bay Sand Hotel and shopping
Valentine’s Day Delivery information
Our delivery timings and charges are strictly as follow:
9am – 5.30pm
5.30pm – 10pm
at a flat rate of $8 for orders above $90
at a flat rate of $18 for orders below $90
We do not accept orders to the following locations:

All Army camps/police headquarters

Marina Bay Sand Hotel and shopping
Unsuccessful delivery
In the case where no one is around to receive the product, customer can choose from the following options:
Request for re-delivery at a standard $12 charge, (Valentine’s Day will be $18) however timing is subjected to Flower Affair SG scheduling.
Self collection at our head office at a later timing. Do note that delivery charge will not be refunded.
Leave at doorstep/reception
Recipient or sender will be contacted for further instructions and our driver will wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes.
We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onward.
You may request for a photo proof of the delivery.
Flower Affair will not be responsible for late or unsuccessful delivery in the following instances:
Incorrect or incomplete address given
Intended recipient not present
No valid means of contact for both sender and recipient
Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from traffic conditions and building management/security
Cancellation and refunds
A minimum 48 hours advance notice is required for any changes to your order. Please contact us at ask@floweraffair.sg
Strictly no cancellations or refunds once payment is made.
Subject to changes without notice
All efforts have been made to check for errors in this website, however, errors may occur for which Flower Affair SG may not be responsible. In all aspects regarding to this site, changes may be made to the time of confirmation of order acceptance by Flower Affair SG.
